Original tourist support and voucher
from a licensed Belarus travel agency. The confirmation must be original.
Travel insurance letter
with the insurer's name, address and phone, your name, policy number, coverage and validity dates.
Former USSR or Belarus citizens
submit documents proving the loss of citizenship.
Minors under 18
birth certificate, both parents' passport or license copies, and a notarized consent if not traveling with both parents.
Letter of invitation
from a Belarus legal entity, on official letterhead with a registration number, date, official signature and corporate seal.
Invitation details
The invitation must state your length of stay and a written guarantee that you will follow the rules for foreign citizens.
