Good to know: a Kenya visa is valid 6 months from the date of issue, and a single-entry visa still lets you re-enter Kenya from Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, or Burundi. You can apply up to 6 months before you travel.

Birth certificate, both parents' passport or license copies, and a notarized consent if not traveling with both parents.

On company letterhead with an original signature, stating your name, position, nature of work, the number of days, where you are staying in Kenya and who provides the financial guarantee.
